Karin is AMAZING! I can't imagine if we had gone with any other realtor. She helped us find the perfect home. I honestly don't think we would have gotten it without her years of experience, intuition, and extensive knowledge.
She also helped us to avoid wasting precious time on other homes by helping us spot potentially huge problems, like foundation issues, flood zones, etc.
Long ago (with a different agent), I had a home purchase fall through only AFTER the inspection found foundation issues. That was an incredibly discouraging and costly experience. Too bad Karin wasn't there at the time, to point out the fairly obvious cracks we missed.
Not only is Karin the best at what she does; she's also a wonderful human being. She only ever had our best interests at heart throughout the whole process.
